Due to a technical issue, the NBIC web application for submitting Ballast Water Management Reports (BWMRs) was offline for several hours and vessels may not have been able to submit properly. The PDF form submission process was unaffected by this outage, and submissions via PDF forms continued successfully during this time. The issue has now been resolved, and vessels wishing to submit BWMRs via the NBIC web app can do so again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
